Reporting from the minor

While the main interest in the 2016 NSW Open comes from the 'Masters Room' (where the DGT boards are located), there has been some interesting chess from the main playing hall as well. Frank Low went into the final round trailing the Under 1600 tournament leader Gordon Yang by half a point, and then this happened.

At the time of posting this there are some games still in progress, but due to this slashing win, Frank has a least a share of first, and is waiting to see who joins him.
