Tal Memorial well underway

With most of my weekend taken up with the NSW Open, I've only been able to watch a little of the Tal Memorial. Probably the big news from the early rounds was Luke McShane's win over Lev Aronian in the third round, with a nice exchange sacrifice in the opening. (BTW While travelling back from Sydney last night, Lev Aronian rang IM Andras Toth, who was a passenger in my car!)
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I had hoped the organisers would be providing English language commentary. It turns out that they are, and the commentator is Australian GM Ian Rogers. He is doing it kind of tough, as his commentary studio is  located some distance from Moscow (in Sydney actually), so his office hours are from 9pm to 4am! The live coverage can be found at www.chesstv.com It is video feed only (with an analysis board), so if you want to follow all the games, open the tournament website in another window and watch them side by side.

Matching Ian Rogers excellent commentary with the following link to watch the games work nicely too.
