Although the event is an ACT Championship event, it is open to female players from interstate as well. One of the goals of the event is to provide a good weekend event for female players, which is a laudable aim, given the scarcity of such tournaments in Australia. Over the last couple of year a few players have made the journey to the nations capital, and have always gone away with a positive impression of the tournament. So if you are interested in playing a Women's event, click on this link and send your entry in as soon as possible.
