While you can now make your own selections for the best played games, I thought it is worth highlighting this game from the first round of the Doeberl Cup. It sums up the tournament on a couple of levels, both with a visiting titled playing (IM Guy West) being upset in the first round by their lower ranked opponent, and that the winning player was a Canberra local (Ian Rout).
