Just bad karma! But a good thing I can console myself with a old-fashioned dose of chess blogs.
Rugby needs: (1) Decent referees (2) To change the rules (a) Make tries worth 10 points (b) Abolish conversions (c) Abolish the sin-bin and stick to a simple easy-to-follow yellow & red card system like soccer (d) Have two tiers of penalties - 6 points for real transgressions and 3 for niggling infringements (3) Video referee should vet every try - especially French ones (or take a pay cut)
